Developing a Virtual Engineering Lab Using ADDIE Model

In recent years, digital competence has become essential at the workplace. There is a growing demand for engineers with both employability and skills. As result of technological advancements, Virtual Laboratory (VLab) concept was created to provide students safe environment acquire skills enthusiasm enhance delivery STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects. This study presents VLab developed using ADDIE model design criteria that allows users perform in engineering education. Users were able carry out experiments individually or collectively, creating an effective, flexible learning students. integrated smoothly into Campus Moodle platform environment. The implementation details are explained validated through Alpha Beta acceptance testing. A mixed-methods research used collect analyse data. Questionnaires quantitative data from 144 students, 17 them interviewed qualitative findings revealed collaborative, interactive develops graduates' knowledge, soft skills, while also improving their competencies relevant enhancement result, lecturers recommended use quality teaching advance experiences
